Shawna grew up in Arlington, Virginia. She is currently finishing her Bachelors/Accelerated Masters in Secondary Education at George Mason University. Shawna took her Montessori Assistants Training at The Washington Montessori Institute. She loves the Montessori approach to learning and is enjoying working with all the children and parents at Chesterbrook which make the community so special.
